REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, you can contact us by email at meetdusk2025@163.com and we will process your return, and you will need to return the item to the address we specify. Items returned without our prior request for a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect the item upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Please understand that custom items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return the item you own and purchase a new one.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
